Almost every session happens at your place — no waiting room, no parking garage, no getting dressed to go home afterward. Thursdays and Fridays you also have the option of coming to me at Maison La Perche.
In the first two weeks, the drive is the hardest part of the day — sitting upright, a seat belt across your incisions, every speed bump on the way. Staying home removes all of it, and it is the reason most clients keep their appointments instead of canceling them.
Massage table, fresh linens, towels, oils, and the protocol for your specific procedure. You supply about 7 × 4 feet of clear floor and somewhere to park. That is genuinely the whole setup — nothing to buy, nothing to prepare.
Drainage works best when you rest and hydrate right after. At home you simply stop — no re-fitting your garment in a changing room, no drive back. Sessions start as early as 7am and run through the evening, seven days a week, around your recovery.
You don't need to tidy the house, change out of what you're wearing, or make conversation. Answer the door in your garment, lie down, and let this be the easiest hour of your day. If you want to talk, I'm here for it; if you'd rather it be quiet, that's just as welcome. I've had surgery myself — you never have to explain how you're feeling, or apologize for how you look right now.

Thursdays & Fridays
On Thursdays and Fridays I also see clients at Maison La Perche studio. Same work, same protocols — just come to me instead, with no travel fee. Everything else stays mobile.
Orange County & Ventura County
Orange County and Ventura County are a longer drive, so those visits carry a $75 travel fee and I schedule them on set days each month rather than one at a time.
Message me before you book and I will tell you the next day I am heading your way — it is usually sooner than you would think, and if a friend books the same day, we split the trip.

The MAI Method
The Visit
An hour of your life, mapped out — so nothing about your first appointment is a surprise.
We read your surgeon's post-op instructions, check your drains and garment, and photograph your baseline swelling with your consent.
Slow, feather-light strokes that follow the lymphatic pathways — never deep tissue. Most clients fall asleep.
Once your surgeon has cleared it, gentle manual release on areas that have started to harden. Hands only — no wood tools, no instruments, nothing forced on healing tissue.
Garment refit, measurements logged, and a written plan for the days between sessions — hydration, positioning, movement.

I have had surgery myself. I know the week you cannot stand up straight, the days the garment feels unbearable, and the quiet worry about whether what you are feeling is normal. You will never have to explain any of that to me, or apologize for how you look right now.
Just as many of my clients have never had surgery at all — and they are the reason I fell in love with this work in the first place. Your lymphatic system is working every single day, whether or not you are recovering from anything: clearing what your body does not need, carrying immune cells where they have to go, and keeping fluid moving. When it slows down you feel it as heaviness, bloating, puffiness, and a body that simply does not feel like yours that week.
So I see clients managing lipedema and lymphedema, clients whose bodies hold water through hormonal shifts, long flights, stressful months or long days on their feet, and clients who come monthly for no reason other than how they feel walking around afterward. Wellness is not a thing you do once something has gone wrong. It is a rhythm, and the results compound — which is why I would so much rather see you regularly and well than only in an emergency.
My approach goes beyond simply performing a massage. I take the time to understand how your body is responding, how your recovery is progressing, and what you need from one session to the next.
The goal is simple: to make you feel supported, comfortable, and confident throughout your experience.
